Refund policy

Items are sold "as is, where is"  We offer refunds only when the incorrect item is sent (wrong model, or type).  Customer understands they are buying these products as a final sale. 

All products are sold "as is where is" 

“As-Is” means the item is sold in its present condition, with all faults, defects (latent or patent), and without any warranties.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Buyer has had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item
• Buyer is relying solely on its own inspection and judgment
• No oral or written statements by seller constitute warranties unless explicitly included in a signed agreement

Failure to inspect does not relieve buyer of obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the seller expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Title (subject to any explicit representations)
• Non-infringement
• Condition, quality, durability, or performance

This disclaimer is consistent with Uniform Commercial Code § 2-316, which governs exclusion or modification of warranties in goods transactions.

No Returns / No Refunds

All sales are final. Seller shall have:

• No obligation to accept returns
• No obligation to provide refunds, exchanges, or credits

• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon:
  • Execution of the sale agreement or
  • Physical transfer of possession (depending on contract terms)
• Title transfers only upon full payment, unless otherwise stated
